Drivers are eligible to be ranked as long as they do not compete full-time in the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and Truck Series or are already committed to another genre of racing. These rankings are based solely on David Smith's individual evaluations of potential and ability and not based on current point standings, equipment, experience, or statistics.
